Timothy A. Geitz, AIA

Timothy A. Geitz founded Geitz Design Associates, LLC Architects (GDA) of Westport, Connecticut in 1993. Since 1993 GDA has changed the landscape of Fairfield County and beyond with it’s unique high-end residential, Multi-Family and commercial designs.

 

Mr. Geitz received a Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture from Roger Williams College in Bristol, Rhode Island. Mr. Geitz is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCRB). Mr. Geitz is also a Board Member of the Metropolitan Construction Council of NYC and is a continuing member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation group. He is currently registered and licensed in ten states (CT, NY, NJ, NH, MA, DE, D.C., RI, PA, MD) and has three additional approvals pending for (CA, VA, & WA).

 

A Fairfield County Native, Mr. Geitz understands the meaning of New England quality and craftsmanship. His Award Winning Traditional and Shingle Style homes have been featured in local and national publications and truly set the standard of Architectural beauty and function. His extensive commercial portfolio includes hundreds of commercial build-outs and premiere renovations as well. His cutting edge Amenity Area designs within Multi-Family properties extend apartment common areas beyond the walls of each unit.

Julie West 
Jeffrey L. Stiller, AIA

Jeffrey  L.  Stiller joined Geitz Design Associates in March of 2012. He received a Master’s of Architecture / Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island in 2011. Previous to coming to GDA, Mr. Stiller studied architecture in Florence, Italy; and worked for Dutch architecture firm, Rietveld Architects. 

 

Lindsay A. Geitz

Lindsay A. Geitz joined Geitz Design Associates, LLC Architects in the summer of 2013. She graduated from Ridgefield High School in 2013 and is now attendingThe University of Rhode Island (Class of 2018). She will be pursuing a career in Graphic Design and Marketing. As an intern she is observing and learning about small business operations, marketing illustration, Web Design, presentation media, project development, budget criteria, project planning, material specifications, furnishing procurement, product organization and client relations with the hopes of opening her own company in the near future.

 

Lindsay has an established ability to quickly translate ideas into visually attractive presentations. She continues to meet directly with clients to handle many aspects if their design requirements: from illustrations, scans, and image-editing to production of user friendly files. Having a strong background in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator helps to ensure that her presentation media is well receives. Lindsay's' presentation skills and flare for design presentations has been an asset to GDA and to all of their clients.
